Pro Technologies was terrific throughout our installation of the new key fob system and when I needed recent service on the lock, Damon came out quickly and fixed the issue and also a few other items. I find this company very professional and a pleasure to work with.
I broke my thermostat which was very specific. So specific I couldn't buy it from Honeywell but from a Honeywell dealer. I found these guys through Honeywell dealer locator. They were kind enough to send me a link to purchase exactly what I needed from one of their suppliers to avoid middle men and save me a little money. As I type this it's under 20°f outside, you guys are life savers thank you again!!
I have been with this company for almost 2yrs. Steve came out and was very helpful he answers any questions you have and does a amazing job!! I went with an alarm and 3 camera system for my home. The price was very good and the install was clean and all of the guys doing the install knew their stuff. Anytime I call the office if I go on vacation and want to change something they are fast and friendly. You will have no issues with this company the system works great had few issues with my camera setup but they were fast to fix or replace the part under warranty.
You guys do a great job as a team, from the sales end to the operational side and down to your field personnel! Great team with customer service obviously important. You have done installations in all three of our locations in Maine, NH, and VT. I have heard nothing but satisfaction across the board! Thank you!
